I'm happy to bring you my contribution for this weeks Illustration Friday theme early. The theme this week is "Linked". One of my favorite things to do when I was a little girl was cut out chains of paper dolls. :) When I had girls of my own, we would cut out chains of hearts.

And so this little gal with her sweet smile, wants to share her linked hearts with you. This illustration is dedicated to little girls everywhere who love linked hearts, both in paper and through friendships. :)

Illustration Friday - Dip

This weeks theme for Illustration Friday is "Dip". This takes me back to the days of neighborhood soda shops. You remember, where they knew your name and your favorite flavor? There was one right around the corner from my house when I was little and it was the first time I saw green ice cream. Pistachio to be exact. :)

This little guy has chosen his favorite, a vanilla chocolate DIPped ice cream cone. Yummm!
